With a unique ability to connect with a wide spectrum of students, entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, and companies, TMFE Group, LLC has become an experienced small business enterprise responsible for aiding the next great sports and entertainment industry leaders in beginning, furtherance and navigation of their careers and/or companies. Since 2014, the TMFE Group founder has had the privilege of providing guidance and expertise to members of the sports and entertainment industry in the Los Angeles area and throughout the country. Officially formulated as a business in 2019, predominantly in the Beverly Hills, CA area, the company has recently re-located its headquarters to the heart of the City of Angels in Downtown Los Angeles. Re-focusing on its four principle pillars of Consistency, Perseverance, Integrity, and Discipline. With these principles in mind, the TMFE Family utilizes its experience and vast industry network to help all new clients navigate and grow within the fast-evolving sports and entertainment industry. In 2023, TMFE Group introduced its DEI programming focused on helping sports and entertainment companies to identify, recruit, retain, train and integrate diverse candidates and employees from underrepresented areas into their respective company cultures.
